who we are
Ground Up Consulting is led by two principals with a combined 60 years in UK affordable housing, asset management, and housing development.
Ola Onabajo brings over 25 years of senior asset management practice, most recently as Service Manager (Asset Management) at a major UK local authority, leading across housing, corporate, and heritage portfolios.
Fiona Astin brings over 35 years across housing development and regeneration, including Regional Development Director roles delivering large-scale acquisition and regeneration programmes.
We have both worked at the sharp end of the sector we advise on. That is the practice.
